The Cardboard Kidz! The Garden-On Team had a Cardboard Cleaning Party on the afternoon of November 6, 2025. They removed tape, labels and staples from corrugated cardboard boxes before they will be laid down in newly planted native plant beds, then covered with wood chips. Susan Crossley is currently finishing the last book in the Cork O’Connor 21-book mystery series by author William Kent Krueger.Susan has enjoyed the series because “Mr. Krueger is a real storyteller. He solves mysteries while incorporating the Ojibwe Tribal beliefs and culture.”
