To carry out the mission and ministries of the congregation, UUCW covenants to provide professional, volunteer, and fiscal resources to facilitate its activities and expand and protect its assets.

Each local congregation owns and manages the assets of that congregation, calls or hires its professional religious leadership and staff, and determines its core mission and ministries.  While UUCW is a member congregation of the Unitarian Universalist Association, it remains solely responsible for maintaining and growing its mission and ministries.

Professional Religious Leadership includes the Minister, Affiliated Community Minister, Minister Emeritus, Religious Exploration Director, Music Director, and Office Administrator. Staff includes our bookkeeper, sexton, and nursery attendant.

Volunteer Leadership includes the Executive Team of the Board of Management as well as pledge secretary and collector.  In addition to these positions, leadership is provided by all of the teams, task-forces, working groups, and committees of the Board and congregation.
