On Sunday October 11th 10am, all classes grades 1 and up will meet together in Fellowship Hall to honor Indigenous Peoples’ Sunday here at UUCW. Spirit Play (pre-k and k) will meet in their own classroom. Robin will lead an activity called “Don’t Make Me Over”, discovering the indigenous collage artist Jeffrey Gibson. Children will have the opportunity to design a garment (on paper) which expresses something about who we are as an individual. These will be displayed upon completion for the congregation to view!
