The Book Group will meet next on Wednesday, June 11th at 7 PM in Classroom 3.   We will discuss Iiyon Woo’s “Master Slave Husband Wife: An Epic Journey from Slavery to Freedom”.

This non-fiction book tells how two slaves in the South escaped and worked in the anti-slavery Pre-Civil War era.                

You’re welcome if you haven’t finished the book, and even if you’ve not read it but want to listen in on the discussion.

The Book Group will be taking July and August off and will meet next in September.
