Winter 2023 Flu & COVID 19 Update

by Rev. Aaron Payson

It has been a while since we provided an update on COVID-19 and Flu protocol.  Since the pandemic moved to endemic status, we have observed periodic COVID-19 illness in a few members and friends.  Recently we received word that one person in attendance at a Sunday service tested positive the day after and we communicated this to those identified as having closer contact with the individual and urged them to monitor their symptoms and to test if at all possible.

Moving forward, as we head into the hight of flu season, we want to remind our members and friends that if they have attended a church function and then test positive for COVID-19 to let us know.  We will respect the privacy of those reporting and will ask you to identify anyone who may have had closer contact in order to communicate directly with them.  In addition, we invite our members and friends to observe our Flu Precautions (see below).  Our role is to provide as safe an environment as possible given the current status of COVID-19 and various flu variants.  Those who wish to mask while on the premises are encouraged to do so and we will make masks available on the property as well as waterless hand sanitizer at the entrances.  As always we desire to know if you are ill so that we can care for you as desired.  Please reach out to or .

Blessings,

Aaron
