Garden-On Team News – Help Us with the Church Gardens after the Church Picnic! Sunday, June 11

“Healing nature one native plant at a time” Leo DaSilva

You are invited to join us Sunday, June 11th, right after the church picnic from 1-6. We recently were awarded a grant allowing us to purchase hundreds of plants from Garden in the Woods in Framingham. Yay!  Now we need help planting them!

To prepare the area for planting, first we need to remove some non-native shrubs.

If you have them, please bring Loppers, Shovels, Mulch rakes, Wheelbarrow and Gloves. Invite family and friends, and be part of “healing nature one native plant at a time”.

Thank you!

Garden On Team

P.S. It’s been very rewarding that our expanding, beautiful native gardens have caught the attention of the city and other organizations. We are very proud to have received recognition, awards and grants from these entities.
