Side With Love 30 Days of Love

  • Join the national Side With Love campaign to learn and engage with different topics connected to spirituality and justice starting at Martin Luther King Jr Day until Valentine’s Day.
  • Resources for learning, action, and spiritual reflection.
  • Week One: January 17 – 23 – Reproductive, Gender, & LGBTQIA+ Justice

UU World Magazine Discussion

  • Join Side With Love for a discussion and conversation on the most recent UU World Magazine (Fall 2021) focused on anti-racism and social justice. Take a look at your print copy or read online here

UUMass Action Hour – RSVP here

  • Join UUs from across the state to engage in political advocacy on key issues related to economic, environmental, and social justice. 
  • Monthly action hours – 1 hour with lots of support to easily take action

The Landscape of White Supremacist Activity in New England

  • Come take part in a 2 part series led by SURJ Boston members and UUs Liz and Elena.
  • The goal of this series is to become more aware of the groups and people who are actively engaged in white supremacist activity locally and to discuss opportunities for action.
  • Attendance at both sessions are encouraged, but attending only 1 session is also welcome.
  • This is not a public event, but rather is open to friends and members of Showing Up for Racial Justice Worcester, Worcester county UUs.

Mea Culpa! In The Nugget from Jan 5th, I mistakenly wrote that the Side With Love Task Force meets every 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month. It actually gets together on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays, from 6:30 – 8. I apologize for the error. – Joan McGinn
