Four Questions to Ask Yourself

with David Miller

Moral standards change with changing times and the challenges of a changing world undermine the absolute moral codes of the past. I want to suggest four questions that can help us think about the moral issues that challenge us in our daily lives.

Bio:

David is a lifelong Humanist and founding member of Greater Worcester Humanists. He is also a graduate of Harvard Divinity School and an ordained minister in fellowship with the Unitarian Universalist Association.

Together with Linda Miller, his wife of 55 years, he has raised a proudly Atheist son, Matthew.

He is also an avid pursuer of outdoor activities including camping, paddling, hiking, bushcraft, and nature studies. He regularly leads day trips and overnight trips for the Worcester Chapter of the Appalachian Mountain Club. From time to time he has led multiday hiking and paddling trips in Maine, New York, New Jersey, Ontario, Quebec, Scotland, Wales, and the French Pyrenees. He has participated in outfitted paddle trips in the Arctic in Alaska, the Canadian Northwest Territories, and Quebec.
