COVID-19 Protocol & Outreach Update
The Health & Safety Team met again in late May and has reaffirmed its recommendation to the Board of Management that UUCW worship services be held remotely through the remainder of the 2019-20 Church Year (end of June 2020).
As part of a phased reopening plan, we are beginning to open the building for small, in-person gatherings in the classrooms, fellowship hall, and the sanctuary chancel beginning June 1.
The Summer Services Planning Team has recommended that Summer Services be held remotely with the caveat we will allow Sunday Service Presenters who want to facilitate the service from Fellowship Hall and make space for a small group to gather. The Health & Safety Team is monitoring changes in protocol by the state and local authorities and will make updated recommendations to the Board and congregation in the coming weeks.
Members and friends continue to be invited to gather for an informal check-in via ZOOM on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday evenings at 8:30 pm and will continue to do so at least through the end of June.

Weekly Online Opportunities to Check-in & Chat
Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays @ 8:30 PM via ZOOM
Another important way that we can draw closer to each other is increase opportunities to “see” each other even if it is over video, and to have a chance to share how we are and any needs that present themselves, as well as have good conversation and fun.
Beginning Tuesday, March 17, and continuing every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, Aaron will be available on video conference to talk with any who wish to gather online and check in. If not topic is foremost in the minds of those joining this opportunity discussion questions will be posed.
