The UUCW Holiday Craft Fair Is Coming! Help Needed!

The annual UUCW Holiday Fair is just weeks away, can you believe it?!  This means that we need several things to help the day run smoothly.

First, we need food! People go WILD for soups, chili, sandwiches…and while it’s often people attending the fair who purchase food items, many times it’s our vendors who wind up at the big window in search of something warm and yummy. It’s no secret that we run out of food every year!! Last year we had three different hot foods, and a variety of hearty sandwiches and they were gone in a flash. It makes me sad to offer stale donuts to people looking for warm soup, but…that’s how it goes. Unless…we have YOU helping by dropping off some of your yummy favorites the morning of the fair (or even the evening before). Can you help? If so, please contact me, Kirsty Erikson, at

We’d also love a few someones to help in the kitchen serving all the wonderful goodies that we’ll have to offer folks! You don’t have to stay the whole day…we can work out shifts. Obviously our busiest time is in the lunchtime hours, generally 11:30-1:00, but morning coffee time is busy as well.

And at the end of a long and busy day,  a few extra hands to help with break-down would be great! Overall, breakdown takes an hour or so…and many hands make light work!

Please email or text me if YOU have time, soup, or sandwiches to share with us!

Peace and love,
