The Book Group will meet next on Wednesday, March 11that 7 PM in Classroom 3.  Participants should read EITHER Kristen Downey’s “The Woman Behind the New Deal”  OR Stephanie Dray’s “Becoming Madame Secretary.”  The first is non-fiction about Frances Perkins; the latter is fiction about Frances Perkins. Perkins was Secretary of Labor under FDR in 1933.
