Seeking housing for a lovely young Afghan graduate student studying data analytics at Clark University.  She has excellent English.  She would prefer a private room in a house with somewhat private access to a bathroom, but could also manage sharing a two-bedroom apartment with a friend who is also looking for a place. Her housing budget is limited.  She currently rents a room in a house that is going to be sold, and she’d like to have secure housing lined up before that happens.
