Growing Self-Compassion with Wendy O’Leary – Sunday April 2, Noon (after Coffee Hour)

Friends of ALL AGES- please join in on April 2nd, following coffee hour in Fellowship Hall for an excellent program brought to us by our own Wendy O’Leary.

Together, we will be planting seeds to grow self-compassion as Wendy guides us through the practices she is writing and teaching about.  This is a free program for our friends of ALL AGES.  Wendy’s book will be available for purchase if desired. 

Wendy O’Leary is a long time member of UUCW.  She is a certified meditation teacher, educator, and author of three children’s books including her most recent book, It’s OK: Being Kind To Yourself When Things Feel Hard. She teaches children mindfulness, self-compassion and skills for emotional resilience and well-being. In addition to her work with children, Wendy teaches classes on mindfulness, happiness, and well-being for adults.
