Have you been thinking of volunteering at the IHN Family Shelter but was not sure what that meant?
Please join us me, Sue Neaz- IHN’s Congregation Coordinator and Sheri Linn, IHN Program Director, on Sunday, November 13, after church and get a virtual tour of the shelter and listen to a short presentation on how UUCW supports the families by being an evening host and overnight host. We are in need of folks to help during our host weeks in January and May; and, if you are so inclined, sporadically during the year when there are host openings other host churches aren’t able to fill.
We will give folks time to socialize in Fellowship Hall after the service, then we’ll start the conversation at 11:45. I hope you can join us in the Lounge.
