Office Hours and COVID Policy: · The church office will be open on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9 am – 2 pm until summer hours commence (Jen will work from home on Monday and Tuesday). Summer hours, from July 5 – September 6, will be on Tuesdays from 9 am – 1 pm. Jen will be on vacation the week of July 25, and the week of August 15. Regular office hours will resume on Tuesday September 7. The best way to get in touch with the office is via email at email@example.com. Phone messages will be checked and returned, but email is still faster.
Volunteers, if you need to use the office, please use the new sign on the door to demonstrate that the office is occupied, as the office should not have more than one person at a time using it. Please use office space only as absolutely necessary.
Email address update: Due to a change in the way we access email from the server, it is very important that the correct email be used to contact the office. The correct email is firstname.lastname@example.org <– the .org is important! Even though you may still see the .net in the headers, please make sure the correct address is in your to field, or it may never be seen. Soon, the email@example.com address will no longer work. Please update your contact lists accordingly!
