Thank you chef Tim Russo, bon vivant Ed Russo, owner of Lock 50 and Russo’s, and Joe Giacobbe for planning, preparing and plating the courses. Thanks to sommelier/historian Manuel Gonzales! Also to my wife Rachel and Parson Payson for organizing and getting the word out. Thanks to everyone for joining us, virtually!

Special thanks to Rachel and Brian Keyo for their efforts in helping to coordinate the event. We look forward to the next opportunity to dine together!
