Heather Warman, the Executive Director of the Kentucky Environmental Foundation writes: “For a seed to achieve its greatest expression, it must come completely undone. The shell cracks, its insides come out and everything changes. To someone who doesn’t understand growth, it would look like complete destruction.” As we come once again to the season of Thanksgiving, we pause to consider how we have changed and how we approach the harvest of new life in our own lives and the world at large.
