Dear Families,

We will offer the church experience to you in a different way, and hope that we can keep everyone connected remotely.  There will be no in-person Sunday morning worship or religious education gatherings until we reassess the situation by April 5th.

I am excited to bring children the opportunity to do some experiential religious exploration learning over video or conferencing, and email.  Exact details of what, how, and when will be forthcoming. Please watch your emails for opportunities to view a recorded short class or participate in ZOOM conferencing for discussions. These opportunities will not occur at the same time as our online church services that Aaron and Matt will bring you every Sunday at 10.

I understand how frustrating it is to be in the middle of something like Coming of Age, OWL, Lessons of Loss, getting used to making new friends, and gathering together, only to have it be put on hold.  I feel there is a way we can find the positives of trying new ways to be together and to support each other through uncertainty and fear. This is a challenge and yet also an opportunity to test what it means to be a community, to help each other, and to lift each other up.  Maybe we can have some fun in doing so through our RE program. Ideas and expertise in this area are always welcome!I look forward to visiting with you in the coming weeks over email, and zoom conferencing, video chat, Skype, you name it. Whatever it takes, I will do my best to make it happen for the benefit of our children and our programming.

Peace and Blessings for Safety and Calm,
